These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of QR Menu (“Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

QR Menu allows users to create and publish digital menus that can be accessed via QR codes. The Service is provided “as is” and may change over time.

2) Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3) User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or publish (menu items, descriptions, images, prices, allergens, promotions, etc.). You confirm that you have the necessary rights to publish the content.

Allergen information is provided by you. We do not verify accuracy. Always double-check before publishing.

4) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish or distribute:

  • Illegal content or content that violates applicable laws.
  • Hate, harassment, or violent content.
  • Spam, scams, or misleading promotions.
  • Copyrighted content without permission.
  • Malicious code or attempts to disrupt the Service.

5) Plans & Billing (Basic / Premium)

  • Basic plan is free (MVP) and includes core menu creation and QR publishing.
  • Premium plan is billed yearly and includes additional features (e.g., images, theme selection).
  • In the MVP stage, payment processing may be manual or limited. We may change billing methods later.

6) Cancellation & Refunds

Premium subscriptions are annual. Unless required by applicable law, refunds are not guaranteed. If we introduce automated billing later, cancellation options will be provided in the dashboard.

7) Availability & Support

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Menu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

9) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. (If you don’t have it yet, we can create a privacy.php page next.)

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms.
